I decided to sell my studio unit at 9 th Floor Condo in Patong, Phuket Island Thailand. It is about 350 sq ft more less.
It has a nice shower, kitchenette and a built in big closet, and king size bed, and flat tv mounted on the wall as you see in the pics.
It is an awesome place for a foreign tourist who would love to live in Phuket full or part time whatever they like.
The title is in my hand and I am allowed to sell to another foreigner ( non Thai citizen) which is a big deal to have since many condos are only sold for Thai nationals in each condo building as Government's regulated rule 49-51 ratio foreigners vs locals. This is one that it is transferable from a foreigner to another foreigner, so if you are US citizen or any other citizen it is no problem to become an owner of my condo.
It is located about 10 min peaceful walk to the famous Patong beach as used to be ranked one of top 10 best world's beaches.
The condo building is an older construction I assume it is around 70s or 80s built and it is perfectly located in a tsunami non reachable zone; moreover, it is built of a such strong hand mix concreate that it will last for another 100 years.
It is located in Northern part of Patong town about 15-20 min walk to a famous Banglar road which is a very famous strip, so the condo building is in a quiet and not as crowded area vs Southern part of Patong town with more hotels and tourists.
Across the condo there is fresh seafood stolls that open every evening and you can enjoy amazing thai cooking there at very affordable prices.
A few minutes walk to a shopping center Junkgceilon and plenty of shops, cafes, cheaper massage parlors at this end of the town than in Southern side and etc.
On top floor there is 9 th floor restaurant, it is pretty nice and with unwritten dress code as most customers are dressed up I guess European style.
So, condo is all well mentained and it is a turn key. You can rent it out or keep it for yourself and renting it out could be done via local agencies or yourself via airbnb and there is always someone can clean it. Rental can vary 10-20 bucks a night or anything you like none really bothers you unlike HOAs in bay area, there is nothing like that, the management of the building is easy, polite and advocates freedom.
